By installing the custom calibration software we have supplied on request, you accept responsibility for the application of which this calibration is to be used we. Custom calibrations should only be used for test purpose, competition use or off road use only! If the calibration is to violate local laws enforced in the country of usage you accept full responsibility for the flashing of the custom calibration. Geared Up Tuning will NOT be held liable for emission control bypass software running on road vehicles. We dont warranty any files that are not tuned on a dyno. We also dont warranty any car that has flames/pop and bangs/popcorn limiter as this can permanently damage the engine. These vehicles must continue to comply to Euro Emission Standards. Our custom calibration remains the intellectual property of our company, sharing and copying is strictly prohibited. 

Tools are not released unless bought directly from the company that makes the tools. 

we will not release under any circumstances and no money can release this tool. 

Prices may decrese and increase throughout your time with us, but your prices will never go above the price we have set for you when u started with us unless vat comes into play we can't control this.
